The last known confirmed sighting of Lorraine Wilson and Wendy Evans was on October 6, 1974. Their car had broken down and they were hitchhiking their way back to Dubbo, from Brisbane. Reported missing 6 days later, it would be 2 years before their bodies were discovered in a scrub paddock in Murphy's Creek, outside of Toowoomba. Their belongings, including jewellery, were scattered on the ground around them. 7 men have been publicly named & accused of being involved including 1 deceased man labelled as one of their murderers in a subsequent inquest. But ARE they the men that murdered Lorraine & Wendy? Is that what the evidence shows?  Or are the guilty men still out there?

The importance of creativity is so important in connecting and healing. When we're in survival mode we can't connect with the part of our brain that links to creativity, as it shuts off. It's important for us to have our basic needs met financially, so that we can give colour to this world. Creativity helps us process and release things but also connects us to others as a basic need. Xela wants to foster creative community so that it isn't so transactional. Becoming more collaborative, where artists aren't the ones charging each other, instead serving as the ones that support each other.

THURID, A BEAUTIFUL THUNDER

In a remote fishing village in the mid 1880s, a baby is found at sea by fishermen. Her name etched by lightning in wood, Thurid - a beautiful thunder - destined to defeat a great threat from another world with her growing powers.
